Information on the PACT Act
The PACT Act is a law passed by Congress and signed by President Biden that expands United States Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) healthcare and benefits for veterans exposed to burn pits, Agent Orange, and other toxic substances. The law adds to the list of health conditions that the federal government considered caused by exposure to these substances. It also extends the period of time that veterans can enroll in VA healthcare.
