Fiscal Year 26 Appropriations Requests
Congressman Menendez has submitted requests for Community Project Funding (CPF) to the House Appropriations Committee that would improve the lives of residents of New Jersey's Eighth Congressional District.
Under guidelines issued by the Appropriations Committee, each Representative may request funding for up to 15 CPFs for Fiscal Year 2026. CPFs are restricted to a limited number of federal funding streams, and only state and local governments and eligible non-profit entities are permitted to receive funding.
The Appropriations Committee will make final determinations on CPFs and funding levels, and any funding is subject to approval by both the House and Senate.
In compliance with House Rules and Committee requirements, Congressman Menendez has certified that he, his spouse, and his immediate family have no financial interest in any of the CPFs he has requested.
